Durite-branded high power make and break relay with normally open (NO) contacts and resistor, rated at 12V, 70A. Also known as a Maxi relay and commonly used in starter motor applications.
Features a resistor fitted across the coil (terminals 85 & 86) to suppress voltage spikes that occur in the coil circuit when the relay is de-energised. If not suppressed, these can damage sensitive electronic components such as those found in central locking or alarm systems.
Terminals are Type B layout.
Note: Terminals 30 & 87 are 9.5mm blade width and will not fit our 4-way standard relay box
